This Friday at 4 SPS will be meeting to set up the demos for the Carnival of Chemistry in Malott 2074.
This Sunday November 21, the physics students will be hosting a Physics Wonder Room at the chemistry department's Carnival of Chemistry. We will need volunteers to help display and operate the various demos that we have. The fair runs from 1-4 pm on Sunday. If you want to volunteer contact SPS on Friday when we meet to setup the demos.
And as always food and drink will be provided.

Message From Greg Rudnick:
On Friday Nov. 12th we will be having a special meeting with the topic "How to be successful in graduate school". In this meeting we will have a discussion about what you need to do in graduate school that isn't part of the formal curriculum, but is crucial to being a successful scientist.
Attendance by *all* graduate students is strongly suggested. Interested undergraduates are also welcome to attend.
The meeting will be at 4pm in 3005 Malott in place of the normal SPS meeting.
Food and drinks will be provided.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Cheers,
Greg
We will also be discussing the upcoming physics portion of the Chemistry Fair, so make sure to come so we can plan out demos and other acticities.
